No. We do not hand your move to a third-party removal crew. Marley Moves jobs are carried out by our own in-house team, with the move details kept within the same company from quote and survey through to moving day.
Yes. Our quotes are fixed and written. The only things that change the price are things you ask us to add, or access issues we didn't know about (which we'll always flag before the move).
We take a £100 deposit when you book. It secures the date and counts towards your final bill, and it stays fully refundable until you confirm your move date. Confirming your date is the step that reserves the crew and raises a second invoice for 25% of your total price, with the rest settled around the move itself.
